药膳是指在中医药学理论指导下,将不同中药材与食物进行合理组方配伍,进行烹调,具有独特的色、香、味、形、效,并有保健强身、防病治病等作用。

钱报小时健康小站、杭州市上城区紫阳街道社区卫生服务中心中医科徐佳医师,为您推荐三款夏日适宜食用的药膳:

1、荷叶陈皮老鸭煲

食材:鸭肉

药材:荷叶、陈皮、白扁豆

功效:清热利湿,消暑生津。

鸭肉性味偏凉,可除虚热、生津液,是暑天的清补佳品。荷叶可升清化热,陈皮可理气健脾,白扁豆可化湿消暑。

2、山药豆豉炖仔排

食材:仔排

药材:山药、淡豆豉、薏苡仁

功效:祛湿健脾,益气除烦。

仔排肉质鲜嫩,含有丰富蛋白质,可以补养气血、强健筋骨。山药可益气养阴,淡豆豉可解表除烦,薏苡仁可健脾渗湿。

3、芦根茅根丝瓜汤

食材:丝瓜

药材:芦根、白茅根、枸杞

功效:泻火止渴,除湿明目。
