为引领学术风尚，培养研究新锐，为青年法学法律人才脱颖而出搭建平台，以“元宇宙：适用人类规则的数字世界”为主题的“2022世界人工智能大会法治青年论坛”将于2022年9月2日下午在上海世博中心蓝厅举办。

隆重介绍我们邀请的13位国内外人工智能法治研究领域的优秀青年学者，围绕元宇宙世界的概念厘定特别是规则建构展开建设性探讨，分享具有原创性、学术性和思想性的前沿学术成果，推动人工智能技术应用和法治发展，共建未来法治，共享智能福祉。

刘志毅 Liu Zhiyi

商汤科技政策研究总监

刘志毅 数字经济学家，现为商汤科技政策研究总监，中国人工智能学会AI伦理工作委员会委员,上海开源技术信息协会AI伦理专委会主任。国际电工委员会IEC生物数字融合系统评估组（IEC/SMB/SEG12）伦理专家，国家人工智能标准总体组专家，AIIA联盟可信AI 专家委员会委员，上海人工智能技术协会专家委员，主要研究领域包括人工智能伦理与治理、智能经济以及数字经济学等，个人学术专著包括《智能经济》《数字经济学》《AI与区块链智能》等。

Liu Zhiyi, a digital economist, is currently the General Director of Policy Research at SenseTime, a member of the AI Ethics Committee of the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence, and the director of the AI Ethics Committee of the Shanghai Open Source Technology Information Association. He is an ethics expert of the IEC/SMB/SEG12 Evaluation Group of the International Electrotechnical Commission, an expert of the General Group of National Artificial Intelligence Standards, a member of the Trustworthy AI Expert Committee of the AIIA Alliance, and an expert member of the Shanghai Artificial Intelligence Technology Association. His main research fields include artificial intelligence ethics and governance, intelligent economy and digital economics, etc. His academic monographs include Intelligent Economy, Digital Economics, AI and Blockchain Intelligence, etc.
