食材:

鲤鱼一条、料酒、老干妈酱、十三香、食盐、老抽。生抽、蚝油、生葱、生姜、豆腐、金针菇、豆腐、淀粉

做法:

准备一条新鲜的鲤鱼,一定要把鱼肚子的内脏和黑膜清理干净,这样在吃的时候才不会那么腥。然后用剪刀把鱼鳍给剪掉,再把鱼头给剁下来,今天这个鱼头就不用了,可以留做煲汤喝就可以啦。然后再把鱼身切成约三厘米宽的寸段,切好后再把鱼段从中间切开就可以啦。

然后将摘好的金针菇放入水中清洗干净,然后把砂锅中放入葱姜炒香,接着放入金针菇,再放入炸好的豆腐,然后把腌好的鱼块整齐地摆放入砂锅当中,再倒入剩余的汤汁,然后再倒入啤酒能没过鱼肉就可以啦,盖上盖子用小火炖20分钟。
